What we bring
Bradley W. Bloch founded Athlon in 1992 to help organizations better leverage their intellectual capital through effective corporate image management and thought leadership campaigns. Athlon has successfully raised the profile of technology firms looking to be acquired, helped relaunch public pharmaceutical firms taken private, managed a broad portfolio of thought leadership initiatives for global professional services firms, and provided a range of counsel and support to CEOs and senior management of small and midsized organizations in a range of sectors. Originally a traditional "bricks and mortar" agency, today Athlon assembles teams customized for each engagement drawn from an elite network of research firms, web and print designers, technologists, marketing specialists and others.
In his work with Athlon’s clients, Bradley draws not only on two decades of helping demanding clients leverage their intellectual capital, but on a wide range of other experiences. His commentary on social networks and current events has appeared in The Los Angeles Times and The Huffington Post. He is a former member of the Parsons Institute for Information Mapping, where he led a 20-person team in the successful development and delivery to the federal government of an innovative information platform that integrated news feeds and geographic, demographic and organizational data. He has managed local political campaigns and led a group of executives and academics in the development of a boardroom-level seminar on the complexities of information and decision making.
Bradley holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering and an A.B. in History of Religion, both from Columbia University. He is a member of the board of the Columbia Alumni Association and has represented the alumni on the committee that nominates alumni to the university’s board of trustees and in the University Senate.
