1. How are you leading the way for customers or colleagues?
We built our UK branch from scratch. Every colleague has an important role to play in making this successful. Seeing the impact this has on people and customers is heartwarming. ♥
2. Where do you think your professional career will lead you?
We have put in place the building blocks to enable our UK branch to grow. I‘m looking forward to leading this process and seeing our people and our business grow.
3. Who's an inspiring leader to you and why?
Basketball player Michael Jordan. He was at the top for such a long time and never lost his drive to succeed.
4. What’s the kindest thing a colleague ever did for you?
For my birthday, my colleagues made a fairytale book for me which told a funny story about my life. It really touched me that they had taken so much trouble to have such a personal gift made for me.
5. What’s your passion outside of work?
You wouldn’t expect it maybe, but I have 3 dressage horses: Mark, Jock and Figgy that I compete with nationally and internationally. They give me a huge amount of joy and are very rewarding to train. 🐎
