Skoda Superb Combi iV: the fleet-plug-in hybrid par excellence

Posted on
“Now it is available as a plug-in hybrid, the Skoda Superb cannot be ignored if you are looking for space, functionality and comfort, but you also want to combine performance with low fuel consumption. Indeed, the Superb iV unites all these qualities.” AutoGids wrote this earlier this year about Skoda's flagship, which is proving to be the ideal company car in the segment of large saloons and estates.

At Athlon, this plug-in hybrid also has its share of devoted followers, including Frederic Denies, who, as Strategic Consulting Manager, assists customers when they switch to (partly) electric driving. “I chose the Superb Combi iV Sportline because it is very spacious and offers a good price-quality-equipment ratio. Matrix LED headlights, electrically operated and heated sports seats with memory, electric tailgate: it has it all.”

“The main reason, however, is that it can drive up to 57 electric kilometres. Every ride is pure enjoyment: the silence, the comfort! It is my first Skoda and after a few weeks I can already say that I'm impressed. It confirms my belief that a plug-in hybrid was the right choice for me,” Frederic concludes.
