Arval and Athlon today announce that Arval’s Swiss subsidiary will purchase the entire full service leasing fleet of Athlon Switzerland AG.

A piece of important automotive history has been added to the Autoworld museum in Brussels. One of Tesla's first cars, which put electric driving on the map, is now part of the museum's collection. This limited edition Roadster comes from Athlon Belgium, the first leasing company to pioneer electric mobility in 2011.

Schiphol, February 1^st, 2021 – Christian Schüler, previously President & CEO of Banco Mercedes-Benz do Brasil, succeeds Gero Götzenberger as CEO of Athlon as of today. Gero Götzenberger has joined Daimler Mobility in Stuttgart, Germany, as Global Head of Strategy and Transformation.

Margareta Nussbaum, previously Head of Human Resources of the Mercedes-Benz Vans plant in Düsseldorf, has been appointed to the Athlon Management Board. She is responsible for Human Resources of Athlon and follows Eefje Dikker, who joined the Board of Management of Daimler Mobility as Director of Labor Relations.
