Schiphol/Berlin – Athlon partners with Digital Charging Solutions to ease the transition to electric driving for their customers. Through this partnership, Athlon’s customers will have a convenient access to the largest and fastest growing, fully integrated public charging network in Europe. They will be able to charge and pay at more than 600,000 charging points in 30 countries with only one card or via app. The DCS services are GDPR-compliant and guarantee best-in-class data quality for easy charging.
Athlon CEO Christian Schüler: “A seamless charging experience is key in the transition to driving electric vehicles. We chose to partner with DCS to provide our customers access to the largest charging network in Europe and thus make electric driving as convenient as possible for them.”

Athlon supports the electrification of fleets by considering the perspectives, needs and experiences of customers, suppliers and partners. Providing a full-service EV experience helps people to adopt EV driving. Athlon will start rolling out the solution in 2024 in and will inform their customers accordingly.

He succeeds Christian Rottenkolber who has been appointed CFO of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services North America.
